Custom / Imprinted Beach Balls

How much and what are the requirements to have customized Beach Balls is one of the more popular questions. Eventually, we plan to have an online system that is designed specifically for such beach balls. For now, the following should provide some answers. Main Requirements

Minimum of 50 Beach Balls of the same size/color.
Art work. Please provide a high resolution or preferred Vector AI image to avoid graphic charges. The larger the graphic file, the better off we both are in avoiding the $30 art fee.
There is a set-up for each color of the imprint.
The graphic can be placed in more than one location on a beach ball. There is a $.035 per beach ball applied per color, per location for most normal size beach balls.
16" is the most popular size for imprinting.

Pricing: (Normal Minimum on a Regular Beach Ball is roughly $150 +/-)
While custom or imprinting pricing may vary depending on your colors and sizes, below is a general idea of getting an imprint on a Traditional Beach Ball (Blue, Red, Yellow with alternating White Panels). Most of these prices apply for a "normal" Beach Ball. HOWEVER, the definition of "normal" is about as clear as people. None of us here are normal but we think we are.
