Q: How quickly will the beach ball ship?
A: Orders received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday - Friday and 12:00 pm on Saturday ship out that day unless clearly stated (which is rare). After 3 pm. ET, calling is recommended if overnight or special needs are required. It can get very busy during this time of day.
Q: What shipping method should I choose?
A: Depends on when you need them and it's nice to let us know in the comment or need-by area of the check-out.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Depends. Trust us... we're not making a fortune on beach ball profit.
Q: Are all these beach balls in stock or are they drop-shipped from another company?
A: Each Beach Ball has a stock count just under the price and usually accurate. We try our best anyway. We stock over 40,000 beach balls here and we handle the packing and shipping directly. If there is a short fall, we'll notify you. Short falls sometimes occur on the smaller beach balls as we have been known to include an extra one or two on larger orders and forget we did that. Oops.
Q: Is there a minimum number of beach ball you can purchase?
A: No. One beach ball is fine. Shipping generally starts at $3.00 +/- from USPS First Class or Priority if 16 oz or more. First Class (if under 16 oz) is available.
Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: Every beach ball is weighted and calculated based on their individual weights combined for the shipment and your shipping address. Order information is securely sent to FedEx & US Postal Service for current rates and returned within eye blinks.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping Calculator is available when an item is placed in your beach cart. It magically appears in the side just under the credit card images "Calculate Shipping". Just click that and enter Postal Code, State and Country.
Q: International Shipping?
A: Sure. Various countries are already set-up here to choose. If you don't see your country, please email or call us and we'll add it. We didn't add the whole world from the start. We are adding on a case by case basis. So just ask and then you can calculate shipping, check-out and enjoy some beach balls once it passes through customs, may have a custom fee and eventually gets there. 6-14 Days by USPS. First Class International could take up to 30 days. There are no guarantees with USPS International.
Q: I didn't get a receipt or tracking number. What do I do?
A: Turning your spam settings down some might help. Receipts are instant from the website and tracking is when the package is complete from the respective shipping companies. But it does happen. Feel free to call and we'll check. Your receipt is also available online in our CUSTOMER ADMIN section.
Q: Is it safe to put my credit card number here? How secure are you?
A: Yes, it's safe as we can make it. We invested a bunch into security, endured the validation processes by VeriSign and our attorney, have a Cisco Firewall on the dedicated server hosted and fully supported by the team at Rackspace. Plus we are PCI Compliant (we passed) and are scanned daily by McAfee Secure. We DO NOT store your credit card information in our databases. We have to be secure. The alternative sucks.
Q: There's a duplicate charge on my billing statement?
A: Ouch. Sorry, it has happened on rare occasions. Not on purpose. We'll fix it. Our system does prevent duplicate charges using the same Order Number. In the event you get an error message after clicking submit, calling works. We can figure it out.
Q: Something strange happened when trying to checkout?
