We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for credit and/or refund less any shipping cost. Beyond 30-days is possible in certain circumstances. Unused and still package Beach Balls have no defined days to request a return.
These items must be packaged properly in it's original condition to receive credit/refund. Unless there was a problem with the Beach Ball such as a leak, etc. Obviously, it would not in the original condition if you have inflated it and it did not hold up. RETURNS ARE GENERALLY PROCESSED ON FRIDAYS
If a beach ball or item is defective or if there has been damage in shipping, we will pay for the item to be shipped back to us and process another identical order or make other arrangements.
WHAT WE MIGHT NOT ACCEPT AS A RETURN/REFUND
This does not apply in all cases, but we cannot accept a return on Beach Balls that have been obviously damanaged and/or returned in poor condition. In other words, we cannot accept a return for a Beach Ball that has been inflated, used, punctured, damaged, etc. for a full refund.
Nature of Beach Balls and inflatables
All our beach balls and products can sustain abuse easily, get punctured or damaged. Please use care and caution when inflating the beach balls. They can pop if not used as intended. Some of the larger beach balls are made of thin PVC to make them light weight and are the most susceptible to damage. But, unlike the smaller beach balls, those big ones can be repaired with a regular patch and are worth it. Fully inflated, they deflate very slowly if punctured.
