*INTERNATIONAL: Most International Shipments have Duties, Tax & Custom Fees via UPS & USPS.

DIRECT & BULK ORDER SHIPPING

Beach Balls that are labeled DIRECT or MINIMUM QUANTITY are usually made to order and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. 

PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE COMMENTS SECTION ON CHECKOUT IF YOU HAVE A NEED DATE. 

WHEN DO WE SHIP?

• We ship our in-stock orders daily Monday - Friday on most orders in by 2:00 pm ET
• In-stock refers to the Beach Balls listed online in quantities of one (1) or more unless something odd happens.
• Direct or Minimum Quantity Orders ship direct from Port/Warehouse or at Factory via International Air when ready.

TIME SENSITIVE?

If you absolutely need these or expect this by a certain date, please let us know in the COMMENT section.

• What if it's after the 2:00 pm deadline and it's critical?
  Best to Call 302-628-8888 or TEXT 302-745-7917. We might have options still.

• UPS Ground - Shipping Time Varies depending on your location. 1 - 5 Days in the US. We are located in Delaware (East Coast).
• UPS 2-Day / Next Day - Self explainatory but there is a Daily Cut-Off Time. Best to call if after 3:00 pm ET.
  Saturday & Sunday are not included in delivery days.
• USPS Priority - 1 to 4 Business Days. The days are usually indicated on the receipt we email after each order.
• USPS Ground Advantage (Formerly First Class) - 2 - 6 Days in most cases. Most cases. Unlike the previous First Class, Ground Advantage has no weight restrictions in the US.
